We deliver orders throughout Russia with CDEK.

CDEK pick-up point
Collect your order at a pick-up point convenient for you.

CDEK courier delivery
A courier delivers your order to the address you provide.

Order processing time

Orders are processed and handed over to the delivery service within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

During sales, holidays and new collection launches, processing may take longer.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on the region and is calculated automatically at checkout.

Once your order is handed over to CDEK, you will receive a tracking number to follow your parcel.

Delivery cost

The delivery cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery region.

During special promotions, delivery may be free of charge.

Payment

All orders are shipped only after full payment on the website.

Cash on delivery is not available.

Receiving your order

When you receive your order, we recommend checking that the packaging is intact.

If the packaging is damaged, please inform the pick-up point staff or the courier before accepting the parcel.

Order storage

The storage period at the pick-up point is set by CDEK rules.

If the order is not collected within this period and is returned to the sender, re-delivery is at the customer’s expense.

Returns

Returns are handled in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation and the PANTIS returns policy.

In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation, hosiery and accessories of proper quality cannot be exchanged or returned, except in cases of a manufacturing defect or receipt of goods of improper quality.

To submit a claim, please contact PANTIS customer support within 7 calendar days of receiving your order and attach photos of the item.
